I am laid back and, while there is a time and place for seriousness, I try to find humor in everything. I will amaze you with my knowledge of all things trivial and unimportant (and I know some important stuff too). Oh, and I do a mean English and Irish accent...ya know, if you're in to that.
I love movies, music and improv comedy. I love to hang out with my friends - brunch, dive bar, gaming, whatever. I'm always up for a road trip and like getting out of the city-but also love exploring it when everyone else is out of town.
I am perfectly happy in a quiet NYC bar with a glass of wine and some decent conversation. I have lived in France, Ireland and England (when I was younger) and have travled a bunch of places ..my current travel obsessions are Iceland and Vietnam.
I'm not religious and not into the republican party - it would be great if you weren't either...but I can be open as long as you are too.
I work at a school and try to take classes as much as I can - I need to be creative (I'm working on a book right now).
I'm not much for writing about myself - but I'm always up for meeting new people and grabbing a drink....so shoot me an email if you're interested......we can chat about what celebrity I look like or what you'll find in my bedroom when we meet.
My Ideal Person:
I don't really have a "type" - I just know it when I meet someone. Chemistry - it's important. Basically I am looking for a (relatively!) normal, good guy with a quirky edge. Someone who knows who he is (but doesn't have to have everything figured out - who does?) and, as cliche as it sounds, can make me laugh.
