I'm not your garden variety -
I'm a mixture of buttoned
up responsibility with a sixties
inspired outlook on life and death.
I'm quite self sufficient - but play well with others.
I don't expect anything more or less of anyone than I would expect them to expect of me (in that ideal world).
I'm willing to look at myself
And though I'm grown up, I'm not fully grown. I am still the little girl I once was too, silly & sweet, irreverent and unorthodox.
My Ideal Person:
Someone with an awareness of the illusory quality of all this, but has tied his camel. Who sees mature relationship as a vehicle for love and evolution. Someone independent, with his own friends, family, a healthy detachment from his seemingly large ego, financially secure, feet on the ground, a poetic bent, and alot of love to share. Someone who might not think it odd to want to divest at some point and devote oneself to helping others.
The last great book I read loved VISIT FROM THE GOON SQUAD --- then it won the pulitzer.
My most humbling moment death of dear ones - the great leveler
Favorite on-screen sex scene daniel day lewis in the incredible lightness of being, or in anything doing anything or anyone.
The celebrity I resemble the most the german photographer alice lex nerlinger
The best or worst lie you've ever told: long ago, I learned the karmic debt one pays for lying
If I could be anywhere right now in the (warm) ocean
Five items I can't live without sesame oil, sandalwood incense, strong tea, down and water free of industrial run off.
Fill in the blank: _____ is sexy; _____ is sexier. tough is sexy; tender is sexier!
In my bedroom one will find... french doors to a beautiful outside, comfort
